Italian lifestyle documentary / tourism mini-documentary series  

Filmed over four weeks in Italy's, beautiful Emilia-Romagna region, I was commissioned by World Nomads and Emilia-Romagna Tourismo to produce and direct a series of travel inspired culinary mini-documentaries. Shown across multiple social-media platforms, YouTube, as well as for online PR content across the globe.

 

In these two trailers of Passport & Plate, we follow aspiring chef and food explorer Tri Phan to Italy's famous Emilia-Romagna region. There, he takes a close look at the fascinating processes behind two of Italy's finest food exports, Parmigiano & Prosciutto. For a Vietnamese national on his first international food exploration, it's a truly eye opening experience for Tri!
